First Glass does things differently. We areholistic in our approach to window cleaning for you. By utilizing the best proven All Natural glass cleaner available, we go to work making clean & clear the Not only windows, but the peripherals too. Your sills, screens and even tracks frame your window and we believe they are key to a complete cleaning. (Think of it as a restoration & detail, not your typical glass only cleaning ) Here's how we do it:
STEP #1 Deep Clean: “The Works”(Price is determined at the time of the estimate.) This is intensive. We clean your glass in and out, razor blade paint and stain overspray and stubborn residue (stickers, sap, etc...) Go after the hard water spots, remove, clean and return window tracks and inserts, including slider doors for improved movement and use. Pull, clean, repair/replace each screen as applicable and as needed.
In short, restore to the best of our ability your windows to the original day of installation! (We will also provide our observations and recommendations to you to help maintain the First Glass cleaning that you just received. (I.e. sprinkler adjustment, shrouding, etc... as needed.)
STEP #2 Maintain: (typically 6 months later) “Glass & Tracks” Now that we know your home or business intimately we go to work quickly to clean your glass in and out, inspect previous hard water spots, tracks and screens as applicable and return your home or business back to you in ½ the time and at ½ the cost!
A quick note from your cleaning technicians: For best results,it’s generally a good idea to have your windows cleaned twice every year. However, we have found that a number of factors, including whether many windows face the wind, trees or your home or business is exposed to frequent storms, as well as even sprinklers, can affect how often your windows will need cleaning. Establishing a regular consistent cleaning every 6 Months is a good way to go.
Inside, outside or both? Selecting interior-only or exterior-only service may appear to save you a little money at first, but if you think you'll eventually want both, it's best to get them done at the same time. The truth is its simply easier and therefore most cost effective, to completely clean both sides so there is no guess work.
